Abhay will be teaching how to see students via the lens of their physical body, their organic body, and their emotional body. Often times people come to class with issues related to these types of body systems, but how can we learn to assess their specific needs just by seeing them. These two days will entail some lectures and demonstrations. These sessions are only available for Certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. Abhay Javakhedkar is a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher who began his yoga journey as a child under the direct tutelage of Sri B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, and Prashant Iyengar. He has been teaching for over 35 years both at RIMYI and his own studio Iyengar Yoga Sadhana in Pune, India.
